In the community, we work with DWP, probation, community payback and other career seekers needing training to enter the workplace. In custody, we focus on individuals in the final six months of their sentence and those eligible for Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL). Every candidate is supported and receives detailed information, advice and guidance (IAG) to ensure they are fully prepared for the demands of the industry.
