SHEA Core EUSR CSCS Card
The EUSR Safety Health and Environmental Awareness (SHEA) suite of schemes have been developed in collaboration with industry to provide a uniform approach to health, safety and environmental awareness training across the utilities sector, in line with Health and Safety Executive guidelines.
Description
Our SHEA Core scheme is designed for individuals who require access to operational sites, both permanent and temporary, at all levels including operatives, supervisors and managers.
The SHEA Core scheme consists of 6 modules. These 6 SHEA Core modules are relevant for all utility industries and support workplace practice in relation to health, safety and environmental law. It is designed to provide evidence that an individual has demonstrated an appropriate level of knowledge, understanding and behavioural awareness. Individuals must successfully complete training and assessment for all 6 modules. This Scheme does not indicate any level of technical competence or skilled expertise.
Identification
- Must Bring Photo ID - For British Nationals, one of the following (original hard copy - not electronically): a current and valid branded form of identity token, used for accessing the RMI (Railway Maintained Infrastructure) such as a Sentinel Card; in-date and valid full driving licence; in-date and valid UK Provisional Photo Card Driving Licence; in-date and valid passport, a UK biometric ID Card/Residence Permit (BRP), an Armed Forces Identity Card, a proof of age card recognised under PASS with a unique reference number (this includes the Citizen ID Card), N.I. Electoral Identity Card or a resident permit as per Home Office guidance.
- For Non-British Nationals - an in-date and valid passport, Identity Card or Driving Licence from an EU or European Economic Area (EEA) country or a US Passport Card is required (original hard copy - not electronically).
PPE
No PPE is required for this course.
Prerequisites
- Delegates must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must have sufficient command of English language, and of the English language as detailed in Network Rail Company Specification NR/L2/CTM/021 (Competence & Training in Track Safety).
- Please advise of any special needs i.e. dyslexia in advance of the course.
