Terms and Conditions
Course Bookings
Provisional bookings can be accepted by through the website, telephone or email. However, a booking is only regarded as confirmed once a confirmation email including a booking form has been received. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of the course start date.
Payment
Full payment is due at point of booking. A booking confirmation email will be sent as soon as full payment is received. All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current rate.
Any persons who do not have an open credit account with Engage Train Support must make payment by Credit/Debit card or Bank transfer.
Companies who hold a credit account with Engage Train Support must settle outstanding amounts within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business-to-business transactions’ Engage Train Support serve the right to cancel or refuse services agreed (training and assessments) if outstanding payments are overdue. Engage Train Support does not accept cheques as a method of payment.
Course Cancellations
Cancellations can be made by phone on 07375647393 or by email at training@elite-training-services.com
If the cancellation is made at least 28 days before the date of the course, 90% of the fee will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made 27-15 days before the course start date, 40% of the fee will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the date of the course no refund will be made.
A free transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability) may be offered and will incur a £10 admin fee.
Should you wish to make changes to the booking, please contact training@elite-training-services.com or 07375647393; no charges will be applied if the changes are notified more than 7 days prior to the course start date.
Engage Train Support will endeavour to run all published courses and any changes to course dates or times will be notified as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses and accept no consequential liability or any other claim irrespective of notice given for any changes made by Engage Train Support.
Candidates who fail, fail to attend or complete any part of the prerequisite training, registration, D&A or medical on the date booked will not receive a refund and will not be offered an alternative date.
PPE Requirements
Where it is mandated in the joining instructions that PPE should be worn it is the responsibility of the delegate to supply the PPE. Engage Train Support will not supply any PPE to delegates unless it is part of the agreement prior to course.
Personal Identification
All delegates must produce I.D in the form of a new type driving license, UK Passport. If it is an oversea passport evidence to ensure candidates meet with eligibility to reside and work within the UK e.g. residency card. Photocopies and Photos of IDs on smart phone devices are not accepted. Candidates must be able to converse adequately with the spoken and written English language to make emergency phone calls, read examination paper and recite phonetic alphabet.
