Description
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations. It is also ideal for people who have a specific responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities.
During this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds and bleeding and minor injuries.
Identification
All delegates must produce I.D in the form of a new type driving license, UK Passport. If it is an oversea passport evidence to ensure candidates meet with eligibility to reside and work within the UK e.g. residency card. Photocopies and Photos of IDs on smart phone devices are not accepted.
Prerequisites
Candidates must be able to converse adequately with the spoken and written English language to make emergency phone calls, read examination paper and recite phonetic alphabet for example.
PPE
There are no PPE requirements to attend this course.
